Production शुरू होने से पहले cancellation request WhatsApp पर भेजें; eligibility agreed order status पर निर्भर करेगी।

After production

Personalized work शुरू होने के बाद full refund automatically guaranteed नहीं है।

Issue

Material delivery/quality issue होने पर customer order details के साथ WhatsApp पर correction/revision के लिए संपर्क करे।

Payment records

UPI transaction reference और payment confirmation सुरक्षित रखें।
